Registered Massage Therapist – Adele Dirks, RMT
With over 20 years of experience, Adele specializes in therapeutic massage for older adults and seniors. She holds advanced training in geriatric massage and gerontology, bringing a deep understanding of the aging process to her care. At Midnapore Health since 2009, Adele offers deep tissue, relaxation, and LAVA Shell™ massage, as well as dynamic cupping. She’s also a registered provider for Veteran’s Affairs Canada and the RCMP, working collaboratively with the clinic’s health team to help clients achieve their wellness goals.
Biography
Adele has been practicing professionally as a massage therapist since 2003, and joined Midnapore Health in 2009.
Adele’s treats all ages but her specialty is massage for older adults and seniors. She has studied this population extensively, receiving her Level 2 Geriatric Massage Certification and Mount Royal College’s Gerontology certificate program to enhance the understanding of the aging process.
Adele does deep tissue and therapeutic and relaxation massage, dynamic cupping, and LAVA Shell TM massage. She is a registered service provider for Veteran’s Affairs Canada and the RCMP.
Adele enjoys achieving positive treatment goals for each client in conjunction with the other health professionals at Midnapore Health.
